Arrive to your bonfire with dinner delivered from one of our partners. Select a charcuterie board, custom s’mores box or Taco Bar. Let us handle dinner for you. All food will be delivered on the beach to meet county code requirements. To have a chef and/or servers on the beach, a special event permit is required. Inquire for more details. Menus available upon request. We have so many wonderful restaurants here. If you have a special request, please let us know. We are more than happy to pick up and deliver for an extra delivery fee if it is in close driving range from your event. Have a food allergy? Please let us know and we can give great recommendations that have Gluten free & Dairy free options as we are a Gluten & Dairy free family ourselves.
1. NO glass on the beach: wine bottles, beer bottles, food containers, decor items, etc…these can result to a hefty fine. If you need wine transferred into a plastic wine craft, please let us know ahead of time. We have plastic wine crafts for rent. 2. NO lights on the beach during turtle nesting season (May-October) after 9pm. Any events with artificial lighting must have a Walton County Special Event Permit. 3. NO exploding confetti or latex balloons are allowed at our bonfires due to the harmful nature to our beach environment. Please consider other options for your celebrations. 4. NO floating lanterns or fireworks as they are unlawful in the state of Florida. 5. Leave No Trace. Please help us leave the beach cleaner than we found it by picking up garbage and using the provided trash cans during your bonfire. 6. No dogs without beach permit allowed…yet another hefty fine.
Beach Bonfire Permitting
South Walton Fire Department issues a certain number of permits per night, per beach access. Therefore, permitting is limited and not always guaranteed. Beach bonfire permits are non-refundable OR transferable through the county, for any reasons.
Set up & Break down
We set up & break down, completely hassle fee. We want you to come & enjoy yourselves. Set up will be at one of the vendor & beach bonfire approved beach accesses. When we receive your rental location, we will locate closet available beach access. Please reach out with group request.
We require a Non-Refundable deposit at time of booking for picnis & bonfires.
*Deposit is half of package price
Failure to pay your deposit within 24 hours will open up date for the next in line. This deposit is 100% non-refundable. Deposit is included in listed price and remainder is due 72 hours before your beach boho picnic or bonfire. If remainding balance is not paid withing that time frame, we have the right to cancel your event and fill it with the next available person in line as we have a long wait list.
We can reschedule your beach boho picnic or bonfire based on our availability and permitting availability. We book far in advance, reschedules are NOT guaranteed. Once scheduled, changing your date will require a $105 new bonfire fee and $55 for picnics. We service private beach front homes based on availability, accessibility and with home owner authorization only. Due to the complexity of set up, beach boho picnics and bonfires at beach front homes will subject to a $100 convenience fee.
May We Leave Our Event Anytime
High winds, high rain percentages, high tide, turtle nesting, lightening, tropical storms & hurricanes are cause for cancellation of date and time of scheduled event. If we are unable to provide our services due to any of the above at scheduled date and time of event, we will work with you as best as we can to rescedule based on our availability and county permitting availability. As natural changes in forecast and turtles laying eggs are out of our control, same day cancellations can occur but are not subject to refunds. Although, this is not a common occurrence, it does happen from time to time. If presented with any of the above issues, we will try our best to find a solution with a location change or start time change. If wind speed, rain percentages, tide, lightening, tropical storms or hurricanes are a close call, we will ultimately decide if it is safe enough for the event to take place. HOWEVER, If we choose to proceed with your bonfire or picnic, no refunds or credits will be given if full time of sceduled event is not fullfilled. Our package pricing is mainly based on labor. Labor is the same, if not more, for us in high winds, high tide, and/or rain.
Any cancellations made by our company on the scheduled day and time of event are NOT subject to any refunds or credits as we will work with you to rescedule based on our availability and county permitting availability. Inclement weather, high tide, access closures, and turtle nests, lightening, tropical storms and hurricanes are all cause for cancellation.
All correspondance about event bookings will be handled via email ONLY with the person who booked the event and who's name is on the invoice and contract.
